Bay Door & Hardware, Inc. offers a bevy of value-added services to combine our products into an all-inclusive package. These include, but are not limited to:

• Installation of almost all of the products that we supply

• Field verification of existing openings and applications
• Field repair service - welding and filling work for hollow metal, wood patching and refinishing, hardware adjustments
• In house detailing and submittal of projects, including analysis of project requirements and compliance with applicable codes
• We have an AHC on staff full time and several apprentices working towards their respective certifications in accordance with Door and Hardware Institute (DHI) standards
• In house production of wiring diagrams, elevations, and riser diagrams for coordination of electrified hardware in the field
• Masterkeying, including coordination, generation of schedules and bitting charts
• Fire rating of hollow metal doors and frames. We are a Warnock-Hersey shop certified to fire-rate our stock material
• We're Green! Bay Door & Hardware, Inc. is a certified Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) chain-of-custody distributor of wood doors and frames that meet many LEED requirements. Also, we supply many items with recycled content percentages that can qualify for LEED credits in other materials.
